Hi, I am Yahaira (Yahya) Passionate Childcare Provider, Mom, and Mentor!

I'm a dedicated licensed in-home childcare provider with 12 years of experience creating nurturing, engaging, and educational environments for young children. As a mom of four (ages 7 to 26), I know firsthand the joys and challenges of parenting at every stage!

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bowie State University, which has given me deep insight into child development, family dynamics, and the importance of strong early foundations. My experience as both a parent and a childcare provider has shaped my passion for helping other caregivers create thriving, home-based childcare businesses.

I believe that every child deserves a loving, safe, and stimulating environment to grow, and that every provider deserves the knowledge, confidence, and tools to build a successful childcare business. Through my journey, I’ve learned what works (and what doesn’t!), and now I’m here to help others turn their passion into a purpose-driven business—without the overwhelm.
